Jaime has been coaching & developing Talent and Leaders for 20 years. He has worked in various industry sectors, including 11 years in the fast-paced Technology sector, and 15 years working directly with Sales and GTM leaders.

Over that time Jaime has collaborated with Senior leaders in Global and European Organisations to understand both their needs and their challenges, and designed development programs to accelerate the skills of their leaders and teams.

He has worked as the Director of Leadership Development and Senior Director of Global Training in a Global Multinational.

His loves to work with leaders that have a vision of where they want to get to, but may not know all the steps to get there, and so use his guidance and expertise to support their vision execution.

How I work with Clients

Jaime works closely with leaders, to define what the specific needs are for themselves and their teams, which are aligned to their key business objectives.

He designs and delivers leadership development programmes for leaders and their managers on: Coaching for Performance, High Performance Teams, Managing Change & Resilience, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Impactful Communication, Team Culture & Engagement, Maximising Team Strengths (using the Clifton Strengths Profiling assessment), and Emotional Intelligence (using Emotional Intelligence diagnostics).

Because of his formal education and background in needs analysis and design of learning programmes, Jaime will expertly collaborate with you to understand your needs and challenges, and then will work to deliver a bespoke solution for your leader's development and coaching requirements.
