When?

How long is the Programme? It is typically spread over 3 months, depending on your schedule and availability.
How many Modules? There are 8 modules with plenty of time to practice and discuss in each session.
How long is each module? 2.5 - 3.5 hours depending on if it is Virtual or In-Person.
What is the style of facilitation? It is facilitated in an interactive open style with active participation by all, both in the main group and in smaller group exercises.

Certification?
All those who complete the requirements of the Programme successfully will receive a Certificate in Revenue Leader Performance Coaching.
This Programme is designed specifically to develop the coaching skills for Leaders of teams that must develop and close business.
It is not aiming to qualify you a Life Coach or a Business Coach.
We will teach you how to strategically use coaching as a People Development skill, and how to enhance your team's Performance.
